We process all personal data as prescribed by the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Crane House only stores personal data that is personally provided by the person concerned. This privacy statement becomes effective when you visit our websites or use our services.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. In our newsletter, we inform you about the news regarding our services. You can subscribe to the newsletter if you submit a request through the contact form on our website with your email address, name and interests. Your personal data will only be added to the list of recipients when you granted permission. You grant permission by clicking on a link in the email which you receive immediately when you register for the newsletter. Both Crane House and involved employees of engaged service providers can access these personal data. When you are interested in buying and renting machinery you will receive a regular newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. This can be done via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter itself. 


If you want to contact us, you can fill in a contact form on the website. The personal data entered in the contact form are processed encrypted. For the fill-in contact forms on our websites, we need the following personal information from you: 

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message

In this way, we can maintain contact with you. We share the personal data with our engaged service providers so they can carry out their work correctly and efficiently for us. We have a processing contract with the engaged service providers to ensure the level of security and confidentiality of your personal data. When a contact enquiry has been completed, the accompanying personal data will be removed from all parties within five years.


Our websites and/or services do not intend to collect personal data about visitors who are younger than 16 years old unless they have the permission of parents or guardian. We cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We, therefore, advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent the collection of personal data about children without parental consent. We will delete this information. 


You have the right to see, correct or remove your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Crane House. Also, you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data that we have about you, to you or another organization mentioned by you. 

If you want to send a written request for:

  • to make an objection to the processing of your personal data

Send your request to the address mentioned in the contact information at the bottom of this privacy statement. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but in any case within four weeks. We request that you enclose a copy of your identity card with this request. Please note that you must mark your Citizen service number, also on the copy of your personal ID. You must also include in the accompanying message that the copy is provided for the above request. Only in this way can we ensure that only you have access to your personal data.

Crane House has no influence on the use of data by Social Media. Data from search facilities do not allow us to obtain traceable personal data, nor can we change this data for you. We would also like to point out that you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.


Crane House takes the protection of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse of data, loss of data, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. For example:
